If you are unable to attend the March 31st, 2008 event but would like to make a contribution, or if you would like to make a contribution above the amount included in the ticket price, please download the "CONTRIBUTE to PCF-James Moody Scholarship Fund" form below (it's a one-page PDF file); the form contains much of the information found on this page about contributions.

Angels: $15,000 & up
Headliners: $5,000 to $14,999
Sidemen: $1,000 to $4,999
Music Lovers: $500 to $999
Supporters: $250 to $499
Fans: $25 to $249

IN 2008, YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE BY PARTICIPATING IN A SILENT AUCTION AT THE MARCH 31ST EVENT AT B. B. KINGS - WIN A WONDERFUL LITHOGRAPH BY TONY BENNETT!

A limited-edition, signed lithograph of original artwork, "WOLF TRAP," by artist & musician TONY BENNETT is being contributed to the "Moody & Friends" event for silent auction! This wonderful lithograph, measuring 24x28.5 inches (including a white border), will be available for silent auction bids and purchase on Monday, March 31st, at the 2008 "Moody & Friends" event. The minimum estimated value of the lithograph is US$1,150; bidding will start at US$500. All proceeds will benefit the James Moody Scholarship fund.
